General Responsibilities
1. Attend co-op meetings and participate in decision-making.
2. Supervise children during co-op activities. ***Especially on the equipment and during lunch.***
3. Ensure child's safety and well-being.
4. Communicate with co-op leaders and teachers.
5. Volunteer for co-op tasks and events.
6. Help with clean up.
7. If you have a child that is 0-2, you are required to stay with them. This is not a nursery.
8. Parents are required to stay on the grounds during the duration of co-op, unless approved by a leader or arrangements are made for someone else to be responsible for their child.
Expectations
1. Be punctual and regular.
2. Respect co-op rules and policies.
3. Support co-op leaders and teachers.
4. Maintain open communication.
5. Participate in co-op activities.
6. Make an attempt to attend field trips, park days and/or parties.

1. Respect peers, teachers and property.
2. Follow co-op rules and policies.
3. Participate actively in activities.
4. Complete all homework expected of you.
5. Clean up after themselves.
6. Be respectful.
7. Take initiative.
8. Communicate effectively.
Bounce House Rules:
1. Stay within designated play areas.
2. Respect others' space and property.
3. Take turns on equipment.
4. No pushing, shoving or roughhousing.
5. Use equipment as intended.
6. Follow all of Bayou Bounces' rules for play.

Liability Waiver and Agreement
By participating in Bayou Berry Homeschool activities, I , the parent or guardian of the child/ren listed above, agree:
Assumption of Risk
1. I acknowledge and accept the risks, if any, of injury or harm associated with participating in any Bayou Berry Homeschool activity at Bayou Bounce or other locations, including those at the playground or park, field trips, state parks, clubs and special events.
2. Participation in any co-op class, club, activity or field trip is voluntary. I agree to assess any possible risks associated with all activities and ensure the safety of my children before allowing them to participate.
3. I am responsible for ensuring adequate supervision of my child(ren) at all times during Bayou Berry Homeschool activities, either personally or by designating a responsible adult (18+ years old) who is aware of and accepts this liability waiver and agreement.
Hold Harmless Agreement
1. To hold harmless Bayou Berry Homeschool, its board members, Bayou Bounce, Kiwanis Ponchatoula, and its members from liability for accidents, injuries or loss of personal property. I remain responsible for mine and my family's safety and actions.
Damage Responsibility
1. To pay for damages or broken items caused by myself or my children at the co-op location.
Photo Release
1. Photos of myself, my children or anyone else that accompanies me to co-op, meetings, field trips or other events may have their pictures taken. These photos may be posted in our Facebook group, or shared across co-op members’ personal social media accounts.
Refund Policy
1. Fees are non-refundable, unless decided otherwise by the board members.
The Board has the right to act in whatever action they deemed necessary.
